About eCast
Company History

The brain child of Pete Bechtel, eCast Corporation launched in July 1999, and involved joining large networks of physicians, such as IPAs and PHOs together over a worldwide platform both for clinical integration and clinical research.

As a spin-off of MD/WIN, a medical software company that specialized in Windows-based practice management systems and electronic medical records products, eCast Corporation was launched with the mission of providing innovative technology to enable rapid enrollment of clinical trials patients.

In January 2009, eCast Corporation separated its software solutions division from the CTselect clinical trials division. This allowed eCast Software to position itself as a leading provider of medical technology for a wide variety of provider and organizational needs. With a CCHIT Certified EMR, an award winning PMS, and Disease Risk Management software, eCast is poised to become a leader in ambulatory solutions to improve the quality of healthcare for the consumer, the provider, and the payer.

eCast is a privately-held, profitable company. eCast is committed to providing the latest in EMR/EHR technology without losing our client centered focus.
