What does "web-based" or ASP mean?
eCast Advance™ is a web-based (ASP) Practice Management System application. eCast Advance™ is remotely hosted software that is accessible via an internet web browser. While the software is hosted at eCast, the patient data belongs to the provider.

What is your licensing model?
eCast Advance™ charges a one-time setup fee per practice that includes set-up, training, and implementation. eCast Advance™ licenses per provider, not user. eCast also provides reduced subscription rates for part-time providers seeing less than 60 patients per month. eCast Advance™ offers optional modules such as e-Eligibility that requires a one-time setup fee per practice and then a monthly subscription per provider.

Can I customize my reports?
Yes, eCast Advance™ comes with customizable reports. Over 100 reports come with your system. However, certain practices may need to customize a report. During training, the eCast Trainer will show the practice staff how to modify reports. eCast can also build the customized report for an additional cost. All reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.

Can I check my patient's eligibility before their office visit?
Yes, eCast Advance™'s e-Eligibility module completes automated batch checking for upcoming appointments as well as allowing you to check patient eligibility information on demand.

Does eCast Advance™ scrub claims?
Yes, the eCast Advance™ Claim Inspector scrubs your claims before you hit submit. It includes more than 3.5 million edits for CCI, HIPAA, LMRP, and carrier-specific problems.

Can eCast Advance™ interface with my current EMR?
Yes, eCast Advance™ interfaces with a majority of EMR products. Our interface team will work with the practice to evaluate the interface requirements and provide a competitive quote for the service.

I have several offices, can we centralize the billing?
Yes, eCast Advance™ 's web access allows centralized management from multiple offices. Billing personnel can work individually OR across all the practice databases, eliminating a host of time-wasting headaches present in other billing software. Open patient records, regardless of office location, from a single login. No more "log out, log in" games!
